In order to assist with notifying parents or carers of our Complaints Policy procedure we have published the documentation which is available to view or download from this page.

Although Gingerbread strive to provide an excellent service we appreciate that sometimes a parent or carer may have occasion to raise a complaint.

In the first instance we would hope to resolve any issue brought to our attention. However, if you find you have not received a satisfactory outcome we have provided a complaints form contained within the policy document.

Please also read our Complaints Procedures, Participation Strategy policies and discussion would take place at registration on all other Policies and Procedures we have in place including GIRFEC (Getting it right for every child).
